Our cultivation criterion starts from respect for man and the environment in which he lives. We follow the organic farming protocol with limited use of pesticides and no herbicides. For this reason, the control of the spontaneous herbs that grow in the vineyard is done mechanically with shredding and mowing, sometimes even manually. The fertilizations are exclusively based on manure and microelements of biological origin. Furthermore, we practice green manure with legumes and crucifers in alternate rows to keep the soil soft and airy and bring additional organic substance.
